The Welcome
A settled neighborhood with room to breathe.
Egyptian Hills is a mature residential subdivision in Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, and part of the historic Egypt community just north of Allentown. 4420 Phillip Street sits right in the middle of it: streets lined with established detached homes, a generous front lawn for the kids, quiet lanes for the evening walk, and everyday conveniences a few minutes down MacArthur Road.
The subdivision grew up in the 1960s, and decades of careful ownership show in the mature trees and well-kept properties that line the blocks around Phillip Street. It is one of Whitehall Township's classic single-family neighborhoods, close enough to the region's road network to feel connected, far enough off the beaten path to stay quiet.
